# 45-Day Delivery Commitment _Parent: Pricing & Engagement_ ## The promise > Kickoff to go-live: **45 days**. Fixed price, fixed date. ## Why we can keep that promise - We scope one workflow at a time, not platforms - We use proven infrastructure (the Foundation tier exists precisely so we're not reinventing wheels on each build) - Addison delivers; no agency overhead, no PM tax ## What happens if we slip If we miss the date because of us (not the client), we eat the cost of the overrun. No change orders, no scope-creep invoices. If the client causes a slip (e.g. takes 2 weeks to send sample data), the date moves but the price holds. ## What "go-live" means The workflow is running end-to-end on the client's real data, every step logged, error notifications wired, and the client team has tested it on a sample week's worth of work. ## What "go-live" does NOT mean - A demo that worked once on staging data - Documentation handed over with a wave goodbye - Anything sitting in their inbox waiting for them to "set it up" --- _Last updated: 2026-05-24_
